Pakistan intentionally failed to properly investigate Benazir Bhutto's 2007 assassination - and hampered a United Nations inquiry, according to UN investigators.

A 65-page report said the inquiry's commission believes the failure by Pakistani authorities to effectively look into the former prime minister's death was "deliberate".
