Pak Govt Should Ban Google Maps for Sensitive Locations (PNS Mehran Karachi)

This is very sensitive issue raised by Pro Pakistani's writer Aamir Attaa. As Google Map is showing full details of Pakistan's very sensitive locations, which is helping terrorist to target sensitive area very easily. Like it happened last Sunday at PNS Mehran. Read this

"Before I say anything, let's view following pictures, available publicly on Google Maps:

To view more images, and detailed geographical information of the Navy Base, PNS Mehran, that is being attacked by around or over a dozen highly armed gunmen, click this link.

You will witness that Google has updated satellite imagery of entire base, assets, compounds, buildings, its surroundings, fields and Chakora Nala around the base walls.

By going through the entire base via Google Maps, and navigating through the images available in there, one may not deny the fact that this service might have served terrorists for laying out their attack plan.

Due level of details mentioned in maps, it is likely that terrorists had studied these (Google) maps so well before their attack.

Like other nations, including India, at this point of time Pakistan government should direct Google to stop taking satellite images of sensitive locations through out the country. Government of Pakistan, through Ministry of IT, should send a detailed list of deployments where Google should be asked to blur the images and/or not take close-up images.

Now I am not saying that banning Google Maps for these sensitive locations will altogether stop terrorist attacks, but it will play a role in securing our installations, to some extent at least."

Pakistan a Heaven on Earth

Pakistan A Heaven On Earth, Pakistan is blessed by natural beauty there are hundred of places to visit. World second largest Mountain K-2 is located in Pakistan.

Pakistan has its own tourism attraction because of its diverse cultures, peoples and landscapes. The variety of attractions ranges from the ruins of ancient civilisations such as Mohenjo-daro, Harappa and Taxila, to the Himalayan hill-stations, that attract those interested in field and winter sports. Pakistan also has five out of fourteen mountain peaks of height over 8,000 metres (26,250 ft), that attract adventurers and mountaineers from around the world, especially to K2. From April to September, domestic and international visitors to these areas bring tourist income to the local people.

The Deosai National Park is located in Skardu, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan.
In Balochistan there are many caves for cavers and tourists to visit especially the Juniper Shaft Cave, the Murghagull Gharra cave, Mughall saa cave, and Pakistan's naturally decorated cave, the Mangocher Cave. Pakistan is a member country of the Union International de Spéléologie (UIS).

The northern parts of Pakistan are home to several historical fortresses, towers and other architecture including the Hunza and Chitral valleys, the latter being home to the Kalash, a small pre-Islamic Animist community.Punjab is also the site of Alexander's battle on the Jhelum River. The historic city of Lahore is considered Pakistan's cultural centre and has many examples of Mughal architecture such as the Badshahi Masjid, Shalimar Gardens, Tomb of Jahangir and the Lahore Fort. The Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation (PTDC) also helps promote tourism in the country. However, tourism is still limited because of the lack of proper infrastructure and the worsening security situation in the country. The recent militancy in Pakistan's scenic sites, including Swat in Khybar Pakhtoon Kawa province, have dealt a massive blow to the tourism industry. Many of the troubles in these tourist destinations are also blamed on the frail travel network, tourism regulatory framework, low prioritisation of the tourism industry by the government, low effectiveness of marketing and a constricted tourism perception. After these areas were being cleared off the militant groups in late 2009, the government, with financial support from the USAID, started a campaign to reintroduce tourism in Swat valley. Pakistan receives 500,000 tourists annually, with almost half of them heading to northern Pakistan.

Javed Chaudhry Column "Javed Hashmi Ban Kar Sochana Hoga" - 18 May 2011

I must say much needed column for Pakistani Nation. After 5/2 Abbottabad incident whole nation is divided in two parts. We can say one is "Ch. Nisar Group" and other is "Javed Hashmi Group", one is supporting Army & ISI and other is against them. Ch. Nisar is speaking against ISI's Director General Ahmad Shuja Pasha, but Javed Hashmi is fully sporting ISI and Army which is much needed at this moment.

America has turned against ISI and Pak Army for unknown reason, we are against Martial Law and ISI's involvement in politics. But these two institutions are power of Pakistan and we are proud of them. So have to support them any why, if America propaganda against ISI and Army succeeds (which will no Insha Allah),  it would very dangerous for future of Pakistan. America is fully ready to make Pakistan another Iraq/Afghanistan.

We are with Pakistan Amry, we are with ISI.

Pak Fauj Zindabad.

Javed Chaudhry Column - 12 May - Wasooli Group

Another very interesting article of Javed Chaudhry "Wasooli Group". This time he is targeting politicians specially Federal Ministers including Prime-Minister Yousaf Raza Gillani and President Asif Ali Zardari. He said Pakistan is facing very tough situation these days but these leaders behavior very discouraging. Javed Chaudhry put example of Japan Prime Minister Naoto Kan, as he refused to take salary until resolution of Atomic Crises which Japan is facing after Tsunami.

Although his salary is very negligible as compared to Japan economy but still this step will put some confidence in their public and will definitely encourage them up. But if we look at our leaders including Punjab's ruling party Muslim League (N) Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif they all are enjoying luxurious life's whereas whole Pakistan is facing worse electric crises of history. Read details below...
